My practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy assistance in filing for debt relief under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 of the bankruptcy code. I am focused on resolving my clients' financial problems by:

• Evaluating clients' assets, debts, creditors, and other financial matters
• Determining whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is appropriate
• Creating bankruptcy petition and review for accuracy
• Filing the bankruptcy petition when my client is ready to file
• Personally attending the one court hearing with the client

Obtaining a Fresh Start

I understand that creditor harassment, home foreclosures, property repossessions, and other financial problems can be burdensome. I work to resolve these problems and help clients achieve a fresh financial start.
